2024 iMEdD International Journalism Forum arrives

Sep 19, 2024
We’re counting down to the start of the 2024 iMEdD International Journalism Forum, an annual gathering of the journalism community, from September 26 to 28.

The three-day forum will take place at 260 Peiraios Street and will delve into crucial topics including press freedom, artificial intelligence, data journalism, reporting on the climate crisis, corruption, war, and innovative sustainability models to promote media independence through a series of talks, workshops, and projections.

The iMEdD International Journalism Forum is addressed to journalists, media experts, academics, and students from around the globe. For the first time this year, it will host Europe's largest cross-border investigative journalism event, The UNCOVERED Conference 2024, taking place on September 25 and 26. The Conference will also include a series of important discussions and the ceremony of the IJ4EU Impact Award.

iMEdD is a non-profit organization aiming to enhance transparency, credibility, and independence in journalism, founded in 2018 with exclusive support from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF).
