They’re developing technology to expand access to health care in low-income countries, championing quality journalism in Latin America, and helping conserve aquatic ecosystems in the Amazon Basin—each by building networks, coalitions, and bonds of trust with those most directly affected by the issues they work on.

Dr. Kristian Olson, María Teresa Ronderos, and Fernando Trujillo are the winners of the 2024 Tällberg-SNF-Eliasson Global Leadership Prize.

“We’re very proud to support the Tällberg Foundation in advancing a new paradigm of leadership fitted to the very challenging era we live in, a paradigm as collaborative as it is innovative,” said SNF Co-President Andreas Dracopoulos.

The Prizes seek to recognize established leaders from around the world whose work is innovative, courageous, and helps catalyze positive change at a global level, and the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) has been a longstanding supporter of the Tällberg Foundation’s efforts to promote leadership that fits this bill, including the Prizes and the Tällberg Leaders Mentoring Leaders initiative.
