Meanwhile, an article by SNF Agora Institute Senior Fellow and Pulitzer Prize winner Anne Applebaum on “The New Propaganda War” will also appear as the cover story in the June issue of The Atlantic. At the same time, SNF Agora Institute Associate Professor of Political Science Lilliana Mason has been named a 2024 Andrew Carnegie Fellow and will receive a significant grant to study political polarization.

The SNF Agora Institute at Johns Hopkins University brings together experts from political science, psychology, philosophy, and other disciplines to foster open and inclusive discourse by engaging a wide public—from students on campus, to politicians, to the audiences of popular news publications, to fellow academics.
